The problem with selling phone cases
A phone case is only useful for one device model. Maskice.hr sells thousands of products across hundreds of devices, through a web shop, physical stores and self-service Maksomat vending machines. Three separate systems would mean three stocks, three price lists and three places for a mistake. The brief was one application that knows exactly what fits what, where it is and how it was sold.
Compatibility at scale
Each product is linked to every device it fits. Customers search by their phone and only see what works; staff never guess.
One stock, many channels
Warehouse, stores and vending machines draw from one stock, so a sale in a store or a machine updates the web shop immediately.
Fiscal rules
Every receipt and invoice is fiscalized with the Croatian Tax Administration in real time, with an offline fallback for the stores.
Machines that sell on their own
Maksomat vending machines report stock and sales back to the central system and raise alerts when they need refilling.

A React POS app on store hardware: fast product lookup, fiscal receipts, returns, loyalty, and an offline mode that syncs when the connection is back.

Self-service machines connected to the same stock and pricing, with remote monitoring of sales, stock levels and faults.
Invoicing and e-invoicing
Fiscal invoices, Fiskalizacija 2.0 and EN 16931 e-invoices from the same orders, ready for the 2026 Croatian mandate.
Back office and reporting
Employees, permissions, margins, sales by channel and product, exports for accounting.

Could this work for you?

Do you build the vending or POS hardware?
No. We integrate the hardware you choose: POS terminals, fiscal printers, scanners and vending machines with an API or a controller we can talk to.
Can the platform be used outside Croatia?
Yes. Fiscalization is a Croatian module; the rest of the platform, including EN 16931 e-invoicing, runs anywhere in the EU and beyond.
