Is this a scan or a manual test?
Manual testing by a certified engineer, supported by tools. Scanners find the easy things; the business logic and authorisation bugs need a person.
Will the test disrupt production?
We agree on scope, windows and safe targets in advance and usually test against a staging copy with production-like data.
Do you provide a certificate for clients or auditors?
You receive a letter of attestation after the retest, describing scope, methodology and the state of the findings.
Can you help fix what you find?
Yes. That is the point of having engineers do the testing. Fixes can be done by us or by your team with our review.
